Deborah Rogers

After qualifying from The British School of Osteopathy, London in 1989 Deborah has worked in Amersham and Abingdon before establishing Marlow Osteopathic Clinic in 1990. The clinic then moved to its present location in 1993 where Deborah was then joined by Caroline Baker. Deborah also took on an existing osteopathic practice in Wantage in 1991 and developed this into a multi-disciplinary clinic. Deborah sold The Wantage Clinic in 1997 to enable her to develop her interests in Marlow Osteopathic Clinic.

Apart from working within the clinical environment, Deborah was the Osteopath for Wantage Rugby Union Football Club from 1992 to 1993 and Marlow Rugby Union Football Club for six years, from 1993 to 1999.

During that time she also worked for The Scottish Exiles Rugby Union Football Club and the English Rugby Union Football Team. Deborah’s other sports injury experience includes treating members of the British Modern Pentathlon Team and travelling with them to Basle, Switzerland in 1995 for the Modern Pentathlon World Championships as Osteopath to both the Men’s and Women’s Teams. Deborah also has a keen interest in golfing injuries and treats many members from our local golf clubs.

Deborah has two children, Phoebe and Freya and uses her experiences of pregnancy, childbirth and motherhood to treat expectant and new mothers.

Caroline Baker

Caroline qualified from The British School of Osteopathy, London in 1990 and for the following two years held various locum and associate positions in a variety of osteopathic practices in and around the London area. In November 1992 Caroline took a six-month break away from work and was based in the French Alps developing her passion for skiing and working as a ski guide for Neilson. On her return form France in 1993 Caroline joined Deborah as an osteopath based at the Marlow Osteopathic Clinic.

In 1997 Caroline took on an osteopathic role as manager for The Maple Clinic in Bracknell where she has developed this practice into a multi-disciplinary clinic. An opportunity arose in 1999 that allowed Caroline to join the NHS at the King Edward VII Hospital in Windsor where she became a team member as an osteopath working alongside consultants, physiotherapists and chiropractors for the Acute Back Pain Clinic. Due to the birth of twin girls, Lucy and Charlotte in late 2004, Caroline had to resign from her position at the hospital.

Caroline also has a keen interest in treating sports injuries and has worked with many sports professionals including rugby players, footballers, ice-skaters, runners and hockey players. Caroline has also looked after the Ballet Rambert students in Chiswick whilst working at a practice in Isleworth for six years.
